Hurrah!!

Dain's brain has started working again! Last night he started playing with scraps of paper on the floor. Doesn't sound like much, but that's the first "kitteny" thing he's done since I brought him home.
Today, he started eating. Canned dog food is a total hit, he's eating like a little piglet.
I am extremely happy about this, as it means there's a much much much higher chance of his becoming a mostly-functional cat that can be adopted out, as opposed to either being euthanatized or tube-fed forever.

yayayaya! he seems to've gone manic about food now. though he's more enthusiastic than efficient about it...
seems i need to find some canned kitten chow, cuz i can't really raise him on dog chow.

Well, you could, but it might be a bad business move. Lol! I just gave away a bunch of food my cats hated (they are hugely fussy and don't really like any canned!). Wish I hadn't! So glad he's doing better!

Stopped by petsmart friday and picked up some canned kitten food, didn't see you though :(
Stupidly forgot to leave shep's leash for you while i was there. bad on me.

I don't work Fri... Oops. I'm actually off Weds/Thurs/Fri.
I've got leashes so no hurry. Besides - they probably would have just lost it if you had left it.
