Apricots and apples
Pork, diced and cooked (appropriate for chopsticken!)
equal parts sliced apples and canned apricots (lite syrup)
Seasoning bag: cloves, star anise, cinnamon?, salt, pepper
Honey
Apple Cider
Lemon Juice
Syrup, fruit, honey, cider, lemon juice, and seasonings in frying pan, reduce. Add pork. Serve over rice
