Sadly, that place in the mall died a LONG time ago. It was replaced with a nearly as good little cafe, with killer broccoli cheese soup. Then the mall refused to renew their lease, and instead brought in a mediocre pizza place that expanded and took two stores instead of only one.

And yes, I can eat chicken and turkey breast without problem, and dark meat usually without trouble as well, though I eat less of it because it's usually mixed in with other stuff, rather than a big slab of meat. And of course fish. All the fish in the world!

I don't think my problem is with the fat content. I think I just stopped eating it so many, many years ago, that my body simply doesn't produce the correct enzymes for that protein type in sufficient quantity. It's not a true allergy, I can have a taste of somebody's prime rib, for example, without issue, and I don't get any sort of rash or hives or anything. But last time I ate half a hot dog it took 9 days to recover.
