Hi :) Do I know you? Where you practicing at? And if you've heard (or hear) anything more about this case, drop me a line; my news reading is horribly sporadic. As for standard of care stuff...i'm pretty sure that debarking a puppy the day you find it (for that matter, any elective surgery the day you find it) isn't standard. So nothing up there was intended to defend that particular case; but the part about dragging a bunch of older cases with little explanation grates on my nerves. Probably over-sensitive right now though, because I'm in the midst of a claim right now and I KNOW I met standard of care.
