It doesn't. At least in NM. If you get pulled over, your changes are better if you take your own life.

Maybe, when I lied in Oklahoma it was mostly conservative xtians, but I guess that's often one in the same. I wasn't there for very long obviously and I was only in Altus by the Air Force base.
