He likes to bite, because he's a big, aggressive, poorly trained, hand-raised, bored bird. A lot of birds bite. Birds in general do not make good caged pets, they're not mentally adapted to it any more than humans are. They go neurotic.
And he drinks milkshakes by way of the owner filling the straw, then holding her finger over the top to prevent the liquid running out the bottom, and letting the bird lick/chew the bottom of the straw.
