I am no longer a customer of the BoA! yayayayayayayay!!!! I officially closed out my account there today, and will no longer have to cope with their crap and incompetence. Whoot!

Humor in adversity?

So apparently I occasionally have a sense of humor. And when it breaks out, it's great. I almost (not quite, gotta keep trying) made my technician pee her pants, she was laughing so hard.

Woman called at noon, asked receptionist questions about an injured wild bird. Didn't leave info, said she'd call back when a doctor was in.

Woman called back about 2pm, talked to me about a bird that'd been bitten by a cat. We went over the whole wildlife thing, and can't keep it as a pet, and donations to the non-profit, and antibiotics because bite wounds get infected like mad, and the woman said she'd "bring the bird right over." (She's in a trailer park at the south end of a very small town, clinic is at the north end, 5 minute drive max.)

At 4pm, we were pondering where she'd gotten lost. Tech suggested she was perhaps walking. I countered with "more like crawling backwards with the bird in her mouth." Tech about fell off the stool laughing.
