I just had, I swear to God, a calm, rational, reasonable discussion with Mr Persistent. No, really. No insults, no snide comments, no sarcasm, no belittling the "little woman". He explained the situation, didn't get huffy when I asked questions, and asked advice like he would actually follow it.
