Summarize it? Why sure! Driver is driving erratically. Officer pulls in to follow Driver, and pull them over. Driver erratically drives into a telephone pole, hitting it hard enough to knock it over. Driver then drives erratically away. Telephone pole crashes down, knocking Officer one way and Officer's motorcycle the other.
Driver turns out to be the wife of a local police chief.
Officer miraculously not only survives being hit by a crashing pole and accompanying wires, but sustains no serious injuries.
And people say movies are unrealistic!
