On October 23, 2010, the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) warned consumers to stop using and discard Hyland’s Teething Tablets. The manufacturer is recalling this product analysis and testing identified some Hyland’s Teething Tablets that contained varying amounts of belladonna, a potentially toxic ingredient. Details here.

Klement Sausage Company, Inc., is recalling approximately 2,740 pounds of beef stick products that may contain foreign materials. The product subject to recall is "MARKET PANTRY BEEF STICKS, ORIGINAL." The problem was discovered after a retail chain reported consumer complaints about finding hard plastic pieces in the product.

Colombina S.A. is voluntarily recalling specific lots of Colombina Brand Mega Pops in 14-ounce and 28-ounce cellophane bags containing watermelon, cherry, orange and grape flavored pops because they may contain traces of foreign particles. Affected Mega Pops can be identified by UPC Code numbers 0 14272 10873 9 or 0 14272 10862 3, and are in lots marked as Lot #1240695, Lot #1209708, or Lot #1209796.

Nestlé USA's Confections & Snacks Division is initiating a voluntary recall of Nestlé® RAISINETS® Fun Size Bags (10oz) with a production code of 02015748/UPC number 2800010255, which may contain undeclared peanuts.
