if it wasn't for the fact that the dog is hurt, this would sound funny. Poor dog didn't get a chance to have a decent owner. When people want a dog, they should go to the kennel, shelter, or pet store, etc.... and stand in a area, and have all the dogs there released into the area with them. ( provided they don't attack on sight) and the dog that comes up to the person is the dog for them.
