Why are people making a fuss over this? Does the fact that he was in a porn several years ago affect his baseball playing? And if so, why is gay porn worse than straight porn? Leave the guy alone and watch the game, you freaks.

So I really don't have much to add to that, just thought some of you might be interested to hear about it... the judge apologized and removed himself from the case, the defendant pled guilty. But you'd think people would watch what they say.
