Belated bitching

Update on the bastard that called tuesday night (about the dog that got hit sunday). He brought the dog in Wednesday. Guess what? it was broken! So we immediately prepped the dog for surgery to pin the fractured femur, right? nope. bastard won't pay for surgery. at all. Dr. B managed to talk him into trying a splint rather than just putting the dog down.
