So've I, but not regularly enough to have though that riding them qualified as a normal activity... I think that was a spectacularly poorly written article, that didn't get across anything like a good point. I mean, what difference does it make if the owner maintains fences if the cow hurts someone milking her? the fences are irrelevant in most circumstances where milking is involved. And training? training WHAT? do they mean that if you are riding a horse through a field and a cow spooks your horse, the owner of the cow isn't liable? ok, why didn't they just say that? does training mean cross country running training? training herding dogs? training cows to do circus tricks? training ivy to grow up a fence? did the author of this article pass a single grade-school English class?
