So. Everybody knows raw eggs are bad for you and give you Salmonella, right? (yeah, I'm over-simplifying a bit here. Deal with it.) So, you make dough, you make pastry cream, you cook it all, and then you... store it in the used egg cartons, thus potentially coating the outside of the pastry balls with Salmonella. *facepalm*
