Crazy Bird Lady Strikes Again

So recently, the Crazy Bird Lady came in, spent 25 minutes of my time repeatedly discussing the same subject, kept me late (apparently didn't take the hint that everyone was shutting computers down, picking up purses, saying good night, and locking doors behind them as they left), and ended up ordering a bag of bird food that I don't keep in stock, and a nutritional supplement we were out of. I told her that I'd let her know when things got here, quoted her for the bird food and shipping costs.
Yesterday we called her to let her know everything was in.
Today she comes in, has a huge temper tantrum in the lobby because the shipping charges are "outrageous" and we've never charged her shipping before, and she's never ordering food from us again, and everything up to the line of calling the receptionist a money-grubbing, worthless, hag. I'm more than half-way sad that she didn't cross that line, as then I would be able to tell her to shove her attitude up her nose and find a different clinic. Receptionist pulled up the history of Crazy Bird Lady's account, and showed her that she had paid shipping on the last several food orders she'd put in, and that shipping this time was less than half what shipping last time was (due to the smaller size of the order). Crazy Bird Lady insists (despite seeing the clearly printed history) that we've never charged shipping, she shouldn't have to pay shipping, and she will never order food from us again. Crazy Bird Lady repeatedly declined to talk to me about it, finally paid and stormed out.
I get very tired of this game. This woman has done this several times now, swinging wildly from friendly/chatty/taking business cards to hand out to ranting about how horrid we are. She seriously needs to get her issues under control and stop taking them out on me and my staff. Sigh.
