Foley problem?

So the republicans, in form of Ken Blackwell, are raging about "democrat hipocrasy" and "Foley problems" in the case of Representative Strickland. At issue is an incident from 1994 (nothing like bringing up the long-dead past if you're losing, right?), involving an ex-employee of Strickland's.
